Michael Thevar, President

OMNI Health Services Inc., founded in 2007 by Michael Thevar, is a private,

for profit behavioral healthcare corporation. He began his career as a drug and

alcohol counselor, and went on to become Director of Admissions at Pennsylvania

Hospital. In 2000, he started Temp Solutions, Inc., a successful healthcare staffing

 agency in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Allene graduated from the University of Connecticut with a MSW in 1974. Her

career has been spent in the mental health sector, mainly working with children

and their families. She has worked as a therapist in outpatient and inpatient

settings. Over the last 15 years she has been a director of mental health services

in various agencies and Regional Director of Behavioral Health, overseeing

multiple programs. In addition Allene has provided clinical trainings to a variety of

agencies and is a certified CPR and First Aid Instructor. She has also maintained a

private practice in Willow Grove for the last few years.

Pramanand Rangari 
Program Manager

Social work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai (India). Pramanand also

completed diploma in special education(Mental Retardation) from NIMH, India. In

his professional career, he served many National and International organizations in

the capacity of Director of Social work, Medical Social Service officer, Master Trainer

for Disability Rehabilitation, and as a program manager in various facilities in India

and the US. His strengths lie in Individual, Family, and Group Counseling. He also

served as a Psychiatric social worker/utilization manager at Kirkbride center USA.

He specializes in areas of Autism spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit

Hyperactivity Disorder, Learning disability and Developmental disorders.

Pam Martin is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a BA in political science.

Her professional career has focused on public services for children. Pam comes

to Omni with over 9 years of experience working at a managed care agency as the

BHRS staffing specialist. Pam has extensive knowledge of behavioral health

services in the tri county area with a specialization in Behavioral Health

Rehabilitative Services (BHRS) for children.

Nicole Wyatt
Office Manager

Nicole Wyatt has attended Bucks County Technical High School for her Allied

Health/Nurses Aid diploma. Nicole has excellent interpersonal skills and good

insights on team work. She has experience in secretarial, front desk management

and financial assistant.

Shauna Bruse has Graduated from Bucks County Technical High School while

obtaining her CNA certification. She is also in the process of completing her

 certification for Human Resources through Stratford Institute.

Jessica Macknin

Outpatient Therapist

Jessica Macknin graduated from Kean University with her MA degree in

Psychology, as well as a post-MA graduate degree in Marriage and Family therapy.

She is currently pursuing her PA state license in Marriage and Family therapy. She

has over ten years of experience working in many settings including outpatient

therapy, inpatient therapy, and emergency services; most recently spending five

years at Princeton House Behavioral Health's inpatient facility as a Crisis

Counselor. She specializes in families and couples, trauma/abuse, addictions,

and suicide risk assessments.
